Tear Outs
– dumpster dropped off, tear out old driveways, etc. repour.
1000ft job could take 3 days whereas a smaller project could be 3 hours
4″ standard thickness for most residential applications.
4000-4500 psi for most commonly used mix, use fiber in the concrete, only use rebar for tieing in (tie into footers, steps)

quotes on site, ETA generally same/end of next business day.
- Scheduling – few weeks to get in the schedule, sometimes can be within a week (sooner the better)
- small jobs – 1 day, large jobs up to 2 weeks (2 phases, 4 days to prep and pour, over two trips)
- Most jobs within 3-5 days for large jobs
- Few thousand small job – invoiced after completion
- larger job deposit 50% (material and labor)
